Malaysia Shen Long Tai Chi Chuan School will be starting new Traditional Tai Chi Chuan classes beginning March 2004. This Tai Chi Chuan Form is being taught by Master Wu Kuo-chung in Taiwan and it strictly follows the teaching and requirements of Tai Chi Chuan classical texts. Combining with Qigong during practice, it will improve our health and well-being.
